Who we are

Renaissance Management Group, Inc. (RMG) was founded by CPA and real estate broker Sharon McLennon in 2000.

The Company was originally named Renaissance Property Managers, Inc and was intended to help out-of-area investors seeking to invest in the rapidly escalating South Florida real estate market.

RMG is a privately held, woman owned small business that is active in the community. RMG team members are actively engaged with several boards including the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), the Broward Economic Development Taskforce, the Lauderhill Chamber of Commerce and the Housing Foundation of America.

Who we SERVE

Renaissance Management Group, Inc. (RMG) has been providing property management services to property owners, small businesses and local municipalities since 2000.

In 2014, RMG expanded its service offerings to include facility management and maintenance, administrative and back office support and vendor management and began serving commercial property owners, condo associations, small and non-profit businesses and the federal and local government.

Over the last 10 years, RMG has managed over $50 million in real estate assets and has processed more than $10 million in payments to property owners located throughout the Continental United States, South and Central America, the Caribbean, Canada, Israel and China.
